INTRODUCTION
Dankworks Cannabis Club, is a not for profit private adult cannabis member club hosted by Dankworks Cannabis in Wilmington, DE. Our purpose is to protect the rights and safety of local cannabis users by organizing collectively as a network of Delaware cannabis users whose cannabis needs are routinely met by the club. Members of the Dankworks Cannabis Club enjoy direct no hassle access to premium high quality cannabis and cannabis products without worry.
On April 23, 2023 Delaware passed laws allowing for adult recreational cannabis consumption under Delaware HB 1, however the State is not accepting applications until mid to late 2024 for stores to open and begin to sell cannabis. Additionally, the newly licensed stores will only be able to sell cannabis that has been cultivated in Delaware by a newly licensed cultivator that applies for a license in mid to late 2024.
The Delaware recreational cannabis law while strict, does allow for adults 21 and over to freely trade in cannabis amongst each other, up to an ounce in weight for flower, 10 grams for concentrates. You are allowed to “gift” the cannabis to another adult cannabis user, but not exchange money for it. We all know that nobody is just giving out weed for free, especially good weed, but whatever…

Our recreational cannabis laws in Delaware are not as liberal as those is California, Michigan, etc… It’s just not like that now, if ever. Cannabis clubs are a way around these still strict laws.
